LGR Realty, page Inc. is a full service real estate company located in Columbus, page Ohio. Services offered by the company include real estate sales and leasing, abortion tenant representation, and limited property management. LGR Realty is the exclusive listing company for all Plaza Properties shopping centers in Ohio, Indiana and Colorado. Additionally, LGR has retail, office, medical and industrial listings throughout Central Ohio and many areas of Ohio.

History of LGR Realty

LGR Realty was formed in the late 1980’s by Laurence G. Ruben, GRI as a design, development and construction company focusing on residential housing in Bexley, Ohio. The main focus of the company was residential real estate for nearly 20 years before the commercial arm of LGR was formed in 2006. The commercial division was created to become the exclusive brokerage for Plaza Properties commercial properties.

As the listing agency for Plaza Properties, LGR Realty leases nearly 2 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial properties. In addition to the Plaza Properties listing agreement, LGR Realty has many more commercial properties for sale and lease across Ohio, and represents several local, regional, and national companies. LGR Realty is still lead by President, CEO and founder Larry Ruben.

Faces of LGR Realty

Nick Vollman has been the Senior Commercial Leasing Agent for LGR Realty since the formation in 2006, after joining Plaza Properties, Inc in 1997. Previously, Nick worked 15 years as a Real Estate Manager for Bob Evans Restaurants. Nick is a graduate of Capital University with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

Jeff Ungar came to Plaza Properties in 2006 and became a leasing agent for LGR Realty upon his arrival. Before joining the staff, Jeff spent time at the David Glimcher Company as a Senior Leasing Agent. Jeff’s listings include Shoppes at Collingwood and Shoppes at Hunter’s Run. Jeff is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Arts & Sciences.

Josh Ruben has been a part of Plaza Properties, Inc. since 2001 and with the formation of LGR Realty became a leasing agent in 2006. Josh is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Journalism. Josh’s listings include the Kenny Centre, Airport Plaza, Festival Centre and North High Center. He is also and integral part of running the IT Department for LGR Realty.

Steve Shkolnik joined Plaza Properties, Inc. in 2004 as an independent agent and joined LGR Realty as an independent agent upon the company’s formation in 2006. Steve has worked in the real estate business the past 20+ years with several agencies in Central Ohio. Steve’s listings include Sawmill Pointe and Strawberry Plaza, as well as specializing in tenant representation. Steve has also spent time as the Executive Director of Temple Beth Shalom in New Albany and as a liaison during the construction of the Jewish Community Center.
